On Saturday, Nov. 5, the Kings High School Marching Band competed in the MSBA Championships, and took home the Class AAA Mid-State Championship for the fourth consecutive year. The band also won such awards as Best Color Guard, Best Percussion, and Best Music Performance.

Kings competed against bands from all over Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. The band took the first place spot by 1.7 points in the preliminary round. Then during the finals, took home the championship from the Dixie Heights

Marching Band from Kentucky by one tenth of a point.

Kings preformed their show "Black, White and Read All Over," which they have been working hard on since June. Congratulations to all of the Kings Marching Band for yet again an excellent performance.
